Help a senior manager to engage online
Ministers, chief executives and directors are understandably keen to hear from the staff, stakeholders and citizens they serve. Blogs offer an opportunity for them to share their work and thoughts and engage in ongoing conversation; Twitter offers a similar kind of interaction, in shorter bursts and potentially from mobile devices which busy, mobile senior people sometimes find easier. Online question and answer sessions help to focus and time-limit discussion around a particular event, and provide direct interaction.
