Jan Britton is Interim Chief Executive of Sandwell Council, and uses his blog as a way of talking to staff in the council and partner organisations about what he’s doing, as well as promising to answer ‘any question you like.’ The blog is public too, and Jan’s got a great, direct style in acknowledging feedback and managing the community who respond to him on the site.

UPDATE: After local media started picking up negative stories from the blog, it has now been taken behind a password, to make it staff-only.
