We would love you to join us and see what Guiding is all about as we need leaders so we can continue to give Girls more opportunites in Guiding. Volunteer Rainbows Unit Helper taster

Greenhill, Herne Bay

No matter how much time you have to give, there's an opportunity for you in Girlguiding Herne Bay Division. She’ll laugh, sing and make a happy mess! We have plenty of magic moments at Rainbows, for girls 4 to 7 years, in regular weekly unit meetings. Join us at one of our sessions for a volunteer taster. Girlguiding in Herne Bay is entirely run by volunteers, with 15 units throughout the town and surrounding areas. Come and discover what volunteering has to offer, as a unit helper or unit leader in one of our units. Rainbows welcomes all girls from 4 to 7 years old for play, learning and tons of fun in a colourful, safe space. It’s a wonderful world of adventure, week after week, just for her. Open up your life to new experiences and adventures, meet new people and develop skills you didn't know you had! Whether you see yourself being an extra pair of hands, as a unit helper, or becoming more involved as a unit leader, or in a supporting role outside of unit meetings.

Family Fun Day at Catterick Garrison Stables

Our volunteers and visitors will be welcome at our Family Fun Day at the Catterick Garrison Saddle Club on Loos Road DL9 4LQ, which will include games and pony rides. Bramble Woods Community allotments

Bramble Woods, Wavell Road, Catterick Garrison

e50K is a non-for-profit set up and run by military community members. Our aim is to reduce discrepancy between service and civilian life by creating employment, delivering education, supporting enterprise and engaging both the military and local communities to come together to improve opportunities for all. Our project in Catterick Garrison, North Yorkshire is doing this through our site Bramble woods. Hosting events, creating employment and generating a beautiful space for the community including allotments, fire pit area and wildflower meadows. We need volunteers to come help us build and plant the allotments to create a welcoming and productive space for the community to enjoy and benefit from. We have been donated many materials from local businesses and organisations and now need the man power to bring it all together.
