Building the diversity and accessibility of the Maternity Voices Partnership (MVP) is unlikely to ever be a finished project, and is probably better described as a way of working or a direction of travel as there will always be more that you can do to seek out the quieter voices in your community and to find ways of listening to them better. One approach to this may be to identify champions or ambassadors from particular communities who may be able to make links between the MVP and those communities. An example of this way of working is participatory appraisal, which you can learn more about in this National Maternity Voices webinar.
