Hosting your own Coronation event?

If you’re hosting your own public event, street party or other celebration, submit your event plans to feature on our interactive map.

You can join up with your local community in lots of ways to plan a celebration together, such as setting up a group chat or using the Nextdoor app to connect with your neighbours. Make sure you read and follow the street party guidance on GOV.UK too.

Coronation themed children’s activity – Stanhope Library

Pop into Stanhope Library anytime from 2 – 5 May and help us decorate the library to celebrate the King’s coronation. There will be colouring sheets to colour in so that we can create a royal display around the library. Suitable for children up to 11 years old.

Coronation Seed Planting – Boscombe Library

We are a public library for the local community. We have 2 days of seed planting and will also use the colouring and fun activities from the Coronation toolkit and make model crowns with families. We chose seed planting as the environment has always been important to King Charles.

Together@10 – Coronation reflection

Our Sunday service will reflect the momentous events of the weekend. It is planned to sing the anthem that has been specially composed for the occasion and the national anthem during the service.
