Hosting your own Coronation event?

If you’re hosting your own public event, street party or other celebration, submit your event plans to feature on our interactive map.

You can join up with your local community in lots of ways to plan a celebration together, such as setting up a group chat or using the Nextdoor app to connect with your neighbours. Make sure you read and follow the street party guidance on GOV.UK too.

King’s Coronation Community Celebration, Southall

The Green Quarter Team invites you to join us on Saturday 6th May 2023 to celebrate the King’s Coronation on The Field. Bring along a picnic and join us for a community celebration. There will be games, live music, entertainment and prizes to be won. We can’t wait to see you there!

Coronation Party with the Sea Cadets, Loughborough

An informal street party hosted at TS Venomous in Loughborough. Find fun games, stalls, refreshments, music and ‘have a go’ sessions of paddle sports on our canal (bring a change of clothes!). A great fun packed afternoon for all the family.

Big Help Out Litter Pick, Dereham

To do our bit for the Kings Coronation The Big Help Out, we are litter picking around Dereham on Monday 8th May from 10am til 12pm. We are meeting at Dereham Recreation Ground (near the skate park and BP) All equipment provided, everyone welcome.

Big Street Party, Dumfries

Big Street Party outside Old Debenhams Building, 10am-3pm on Coronation Day. Come join the fun, open mic facilities 15 minutes every hour, everyone is welcome. Bring your own picnic. Children’s Dance Workshop at 11:30am-12:30pm Children’s Art Workshop at 12:30pm-1:30pm Volunteers will be in fancy dress to assist on the day.
