Hosting your own Coronation event?

If you’re hosting your own public event, street party or other celebration, submit your event plans to feature on our interactive map.

You can join up with your local community in lots of ways to plan a celebration together, such as setting up a group chat or using the Nextdoor app to connect with your neighbours. Make sure you read and follow the street party guidance on GOV.UK too.

King’s Coronation Event in the Cross Coupar Angus

Our group look after the environment, park, community green spaces and the floral displays. We will be providing free tea & coffee with cake for all in the community who wish to join us. We will have a few stalls selling plants, a tombola etc. To be held on Sunday 7th May 10-2

Coronation Service, Cornerstone Church

We will be hosting a special church service to celebrate and commemorate the Coronation of King Charles III. There will be live music, free refreshments & cakes and fun games planned for the children too. There will also be an opportunity for a family to win a special Coronation gift.

Coronation Celebrations, Barrow-upon-Trent

The Parish Council are organising and party at the Brookfield In Barrow with Circus skills (have a go), a Magician, Steel Band and BBQ in the afternoon followed by a live band & BBQ in the evening.

Coronation Special screen and lunch, Mickleton

MICE is Mickleton, Durham’s group that organise Community events all year round. The village hall will have live screening of the coronation prior to a community lunch at 1p.m. Children’s activities and chance to have a selfie with the two most important people of the day!

Coronation Picnic, Abbotsbury

Finger food picnic for all the village at the Strangways Hall, from 2.00 to 5.00pm on Sunday 7th May. Tea and coffee provided – bring your own food and cake to share.

Coronation Concert, Driffield

We are a voluntary organisation. We provide plants throughout the Town of Driffield. We are holding a concert at Driffield All Saints Church on Sat 39 April at 2pm. There will be a choir and a Ukulele band. Free entry, all welcome. Refreshments will be served.

Keswick Big Lunch Party

Please join us by the river at The Mill House Keswick on Sunday 7 May 1200 to 1600 hours for the Coronation Big Lunch Party. Bring your picnics but hot dogs and cash bar provided. Bouncy castle for children. Coronation Duck Race at 1500 hours. All very welcome.

King’s Coronation Ceilidh, Bowthorpe

King’s Coronation Ceilidh (free), Bank Holiday Monday 8th May 2.30 to 4.30pm at Saint Michael & All Angels Ruin, Bowthorpe NR5 9AA.
