The Rossendale Methodist Circuit will be hosting a Coronation Community Party on Monday 8th May at the Rawtenstall Church from 10.00a.m to 2.00p.m There will be a bouncy castle, face painting, a balloon twister and craft activities for the children. In the hall there will be live entertainment including Thomas Burrow (male vocalist), the Newville Chorus, The Rossendale Ladies Choir and Magic with Trevor. Refreshments will be available during the party and there will be a lunchtime buffet. This event is sponsored by The National Lottery Community Fund, Rossendale Borough Council and the Asda Foundation
On Sunday 7th May the Coronation Cafe Church will take place at 10.30a.m and will be followed by The Big Lunch at the Rawtenstall Church
On Saturday 6th May the weekly Coffee Morning from 9.30a.m at the Rawtenstall church will include a ‘live’ showing of the Coronation ceremony and lunches will be available
On Thursday 4th May the Weekly arts and crafts group, The Haven, which meets from 9.30a.m at the Rawtenstall church will include a Coronation buffet
