We are an art gallery and museum located in the town of Rugby and run by Rugby Borough Council.

This event is a free augmented reality trail around Rugby Art Gallery and Museum, where you have to find 10 QR codes which tell the story of Sir Lawrence the lion’s dilemma in deciding what to wear for the coronation! In the animal kingdom he will be crowned king and you can visit his friends around the building to see what they give him to wear. They’re not all very sensible! Then you can try on the outfits yourself, complete mini challenges and take selfies. Finally, you can meet the King in AR and download a free ebook which inspired the trail, to discover how Sir Lawrence resolves his wardrobe worries. It begins on Tuesday 25th April and ends Saturday 20th May.
