Public Libraries located in Gloucestershire have created a crown for each of their 31 libraries for customers to share uplifting messages and meaningful mottos. Using equipment in their Labs to make the crowns, the messages will be displayed and people are invited to visit different libraries to read and add to the thoughts and ideas.
