Our museum tells the story of the history of the Gloucestershire Constabulary and its relationship with Tetbury and the surrounding area and of this important social history of the town and villages from 1839.
Our volunteers have been busy researching the connections between the constabulary and the new King and the Royal Family in the area. For the Coronation they have produced a special display of our findings including some wonderful images for all to enjoy.
The museum is free and open on Friday the 5th from 11am to 3pm, and also on Monday the 8th from 11am to 3pm. You can wander around or one of our volunteers would love to give you a tour. For the Big Help Out Monday, we will have volunteers on hand to talk about what they do for the museum and hopefully encourage more volunteers to join our great team.
