To celebrate the Coronation of The King and Queen Consort on May 6th, the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway is launching a NEW Coronation ‘Cream Tea on the Move’ exclusive experience. Discover seven miles of spectacular scenery from Cumbria’s coast to the foot of England’s highest mountains aboard a heritage steam train, enjoying a delicious cream tea with some royal favourite treats as you journey up the narrow gauge railway line through two UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Available on selected dates in May. Departures from Ravenglass 11.25 and 13.50. 2 x compartments per time slot. Subject to availability. £120 for two persons – max 4 persons per compartment extra charge £60 pp. Cream tea consists of tea/coffee in a souvenir-keeping cup and themed Coronation treats. Gluten-free option is available. Menu includes:
