The Lightwater Society is voluntary organisation working for the betterment of Lightwater village in Surrey it organises events like Fayre in the Square, Christmas Lights switch on, organised the lighting of the beacon and the Jubilee Music Festival for the Platinum Jubilee in 2022. It has a team of volunteers working in the village on a regular basis doing litter picks, tidying up and planting and maintenance of our green space. We work collaboratively with the local Parish Council to improve the appearance of the village.
