Our community centre is there for the community. We are working together with local groups and the town council to create a weekend of fun. All weekend there will be a celebration of the life of King Charles in flowers at St Edwards Church. Saturday the Comm will be showing the ceremony.
Sunday at the Comm there will be the Big Lunch plus children’s activities, this then leads on the Bryn Y Castell for an afternoon of fun including Fairground rides, silver band and live music, bouncy castles, donkey rides more food and all round entertainment. There will be a Tea Party held at the Offa’s Dyke Centre Saturday afternoon for the older residents. Rounded off with an Choral Evensong with the Llanfair singers at St Edwards. Monday will be the town clear up / sign washing and Volunteer appreciation BBQ at the comm. Knighton Rugby Club and sports association will also be holding events,
