The Royal Commonwealth Society Hong Kong Branch (RCSHK) was founded in 1983 by the then-Chief Justice of Hong Kong to promote awareness of the Commonwealth and friendship between Commonwealth citizens in Hong Kong, and to serve as a platform for Commonwealth engagement. RCS is a registered charity in England & Wales and a registered society in Hong Kong committed to the values in the founding Royal Charter of 1868.
On Coronation Day, RCSHK in conjunction with the Commonwealth Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong will host a celebratory dinner at the Foreign Correspondents’ Club Hong Kong. Attendees will watch a livestream of the Coronation Ceremony and Processions, partake in the Homage of the People, and enjoy Toasts, Speeches, Games, Songs, and a buffet dinner feast fit for a King, including free flow prosecco, wines, and soft drink. Interested members of the public may purchase a ticket for the dinner via www.rcshk.com. Attendees will also receive a package of special commemorative Coronation-themed gifts.
