Oakengates Town Council are celebrating the King’s Coronation by holding a Picnic In The Park which will include live music performances, family games, and sporting activities offering a chance for the community to come together.
Thanks to Telford & Wrekin Council for awarding Oakengates Town Council a grant as part of the King’s Coronation Celebration Fund.
Residents are invited to come along to The King’s Coronation Celebration Picnic in Hartshill Park on Monday 8 May, between 1pm and 4pm. There will be live music entertainment and a range of free family activities to enjoy. The event is designed to encourage all to take part and enjoy, we are looking forward to bringing the community together. Our thanks go to all the volunteers who will help make it happen, and also to Telford and Wrekin Council for the funding.
