The 4 Candles Wolstanton
The 4 candles opened in December 2022; a contemporary, urban, industrial bar, and live music venue, where the focus is on fun. The 4 candles is a truly unique night out for drink and music in the small village of Wolstanton, Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire. We are independently owned by Peter Jackson, providing lager, bitter, cider, spirits and wine combined with live music on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
The venue is an exciting and unconventional, day to night, social den of music and drink. The concept is inspired by Stoke’s industrial background, as well as its forward thinking, inventive identity and transformation from a hardware shop to a contemporary, urban industrial bar. The 4 candles make guests feel special, whether its standalone drinking, with a focus on craft beers, or for groups, we are offering a dazzling array of brews, including plenty from Stokes own fabulous breweries and microbreweries. The 4 Candles also has its own outdoor seating area, providing the perfect place to hang out this summer. We are open from 3pm to close 7 days a week.
The building is fully sound proofed and air conditioned with a smoking area to the rear. There is free wifi and our friendly staff go the extra mile to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience. The capacity is in the region of 70 people and so it is best to come early to get a seat. There is no smoking or vaping and unfortunately no children allowed on the premises.
