We work with other community groups in delivering large events in Inverurie Town Centre. Last years Platinum Jubilee events that we delivered were a huge success, so we decided to do similar this year for the Coronation.
We are organising the following:
Classic Car Show on the Friday Evening at The Garioch Heritage Centre
Variety Coronation Concert on the Saturday night in Inverurie Town Hall.
Tea Dance on the Sunday afternoon in Inverurie Town Hall.
Large FREE Community event on the Sunday afternoon/evening in front of the town hall and surrounding area with live music, pipe band, community choir, mini funfair, stalls and food trucks.
Monday will se a few different options for the community to get involved in volunteering for ‘The Big Help Out’ which we will be promoting as part as part of the weekend programme.
