The volunteer and family fun day is a community event. The event will feature a range of activities and attractions, including stalls where community organisations can showcase their work and the public can learn about their efforts in improving the community.
In addition, the event will have representatives from the police and fire service, who will be available to discuss their important work and to engage with the public. A bouncy castle will also be set up in the community gardens, providing children with an opportunity to enjoy themselves in a safe environment.
To encourage community engagement, we will also be encouraging attendees to participate in volunteer activities such as painting our building, weeding the garden, and planting new flora. Music and entertainment will also be provided throughout the day, creating a festive atmosphere and encouraging community interaction. Food and drinks will also be available for purchase.
Overall, the volunteer and family fun day is an opportunity for the community to come together, and promote volunteering and community engagement.
