A BRING & SHARE PICNIC LUNCHEON AND AFTERNOON CELEBRATIONS ~ Indoor screening of the Coronation with complimentary light refreshments, followed by a picnic-style luncheon party, music, festivities and afternoon tea.
Picnic baskets and rugs; hampers and hounds; bubbly and beer! Join family, friends and neighbours to Celebrate the Coronation in style! *Bring your own picnic lunches, plus extra salads, sides or treats to share. *Indoors if it pours and on the lawn in the sun! *Well-behaved dogs are welcome (on a lead please.) Get baking ! CAKE COMPETITION on the theme of Nature & Environment. Judging 2pm, then afternoon tea… and cake sampling by hungry picnickers! Get painting ! ARTWORK display: Draw, paint, sculpt, sew: theme of Nature & Environment (please deliver artwork by 1st May.) Afternoon events include LIVE MUSIC POP-UPS by talented local musicians, and of course, a traditional TUG O’ WAR to close the day.
