The Piece Hall is a 17th century Georgian Cloth Hall refurbished in 2017 located in the centre of Halifax town centre. The venue hosts live events throughout the year including community and heritage to large scale music events.
We will be celebrating the King’s Coronation by screening the day in our courtyard. We will also have a day of festivities with music from local artists, workshops and community groups attending to share information about what they do. We aim to give the town of Halifax a space to enjoy the Kings Coronation.
The following day we will screen the Coronation Concert as well as hosting our second Emergency Services Day. A day to celebrate all that our Emergency Services give us. We welcome the Fire Service, Police, Mountain Rescue and Yorkshire Air Ambulance to talk about their work in our courtyard.
