Barn Farm Campsite is situated in Birchover (DE4 2BN) and is hosting a weekend full of fun and entertainment.
A Coronation Event! while raising money for local charity Helen’s Trust. The charity will be serving tea, coffee and cakes. The site will host a Brass Band Concert (Bakewell Silver Band) -Land of Hope and Glory and tunes from the musicals along with games, a craft stall (Jubi-Lou’s for lovely things – bunting, cushions etc) and PTA Festival Stall (hair glitter, face paints, sparkle, tattoos etc). There will be a visit by Gully Mouse and Blythe Bear and a display ‘Birchover in Black & White’ of old postcards from a local collector. The finale to the weekend will be a trumpet solo ‘God Save the King’ and the lighting of the 15ft Coronation Beacon. So something for everyone to enjoy!
