We are delighted to be holding a tree planting to mark the Coronation weekend in the new Hatch End Riverside Park – a transformative project turning a disused green field into an accessible, park for all ages. With a wildflower meadow, fruit trees, performance area and Riverside dipping platform to look forward to, the planting of a tree to mark this historic event follows another tree planting last year to mark Her late Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee.
All are welcome to join and see the plans for the new Park, bring your own picnic and spend your afternoon in the Park and (hopefully) the sunny weather!
