To celebrate the Coronation of His Majesty The King, the Communities Team will be hosting a relaxed picnic in Ayscoughfee Gardens on Sunday 7th May between 11am and 2pm for the community to enjoy.
Bring your own picnic and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the gardens along with free activities and entertainment. We hope you will be able to join us.
Activities include:
Royal themed craft making workshop
Vintage Chairoplane ride
Music entertainment by Alan Jackson Vintage Singer
Dance performance by Diamondz dance group
Garden games
Lions charity stall and games
Comedy Maypole
Face painting and Balloon Modelling
Royal Fancy Dress Competition
Special performance of ‘Sing for the King’ by Spalding Community Choir
