Coronation knitting and crochet competition
As part of the city’s Coronation celebrations, Southampton City Libraries are running a knitting and crochet competition to create a knitted and crocheted street party to display in Southampton Central Library.
Entries can knit or crochet either a celebration cake or dessert OR multiple smaller items that would fill a side plate, such as sandwiches, cupcakes, pastries etc.
Entries can be decorate the items with any materials of choice (do not include a plate with your entry).
The competition is free to enter and is open to anyone who lives, works or studies in Southampton.
The closing date for entries is Saturday 15 April 2023 at 4pm.
