St Mary’s Church will be hosting the monthly craft market but with a host of other exciting activities to mark the Coronation. In addition to usual craft stalls, there will be refreshments served by the church and a BBQ run by Tony Perkins Butchers.
There will also be a Right Royal Organ Recital – “Crowning Glory!” – by St Mary’s Assistant Director of Music, Nigel Waring, at 12 noon. Admission is free and Nigel will play some favourite pieces with a royal connection.
Children are being encouraged to submit a piece of art for an Art Competition in which there will be a £20 voucher to buy art supplies for each of the age categories. Entries need to be submitted by 5th May.
Parking is readily available in the nearby Queens Square car park. There is space for more stall holders and further bookings are welcome.
