Four Oaks Baptist Church with the help of The National Lottery Community Fund have established a Coronation Community Garden. We will be officially opening it at our (totally free!) Coronation Day Garden Party starting at 10am and running until 4pm. It will be possible to watch the Coronation on the big screen in church, create crafts that will form part of the garden for years to come and play garden games suitable for all ages while having tea, coffee, biscuits and other delicious food. There will be a bouncy castle for children as well as other fun crafts and activities to take part in. A bake off competition open to all will be judged as well as the fancy dress competition – Come Dressed as a Royal – prizes for kids and adults! Our Community Stage will provide entertainment after the official events have finished on TV. There will be a chance to explore the new garden and find out how to use it and get involved in the future. We hope you can make it, looking forward to seeing you there.
