Bulphan Village Community Forum gives Bulphan residents a voice, liaising between village organisations and residents, the council, police, health authorities and other agencies. We also organise events which bring the community together and/or raise money for local projects. Our town crier – well, village crier – will make a proclamation in the morning, our own bagpiper will play and at sunset we will light our beacon, erected for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. The village hall will be open for social activities including a licensed bar. On the Sunday, we will have a Picnic in the Park for Bulphan with live background music.
