Boston Borough Council community leadership team is planning a carnival in Central Park to celebrate the coronation of King Charles III.
The town will be decked out in red, white and blue on Saturday, 6th May with May Fair stalls decorated with bunting and shopkeepers encouraged to decorate their shops, there will also be a procession starting in Pescod Square Shopping Centre going through to Central Park Boston.
Festivities will continue in the park and will include multiple stage performances organised by The Biz Entertainment School, fancy dress competition, balloon modelling, face painting, comedy Maypole, music entertainment and activities.
The event is to run between 10am and 2pm with free entry.
