Cranwell Aviation Heritage Museum is a free family-friendly museum which tells the story of the history of RAF College Cranwell, where our King once trained.
On Coronation weekend, why not explore the fascinating story of Frank Whittle and his progression through the RAF leading to his most remembered project, the Jet Engine. The exhibition offers another perspective in the story of Herbert Tomlin, an RAF apprentice and one of ‘Trenchard’s Brats’.
