A walking Parade will start at 11:00 am at the top of Frog Lane and continue through the Village until Southampton Hill. The Parade will have marching Bands and Vintage Cars and everyone is encouraged to dress up and join in. The Parade will lead everyone on to Barry’s Meadow for 12:30 when The Big Lunch Picnic will take place, don’t forget to bring your own food and drink. On the meadow there will be stalls from the local community groups plus an assortment of competitions to take part in i.e. A Tug of War Tournament, Field Games for the kids, fancy dress competition and a fun dog show with a fun agility course. The obligatory raffle and tombola will be happening to raise funds for the event. It is free entry to everyone so come and support your Village.
